I have found the service to be excellent. I needed to cancel my first reservation due to a serious illness in the family. I received both a refund and 2 emails with consolations for the illness. I was very touched! Every thing easy to schedule and get questions answered.

Having the scooter delivered and picked up at the hotel made our vacation stress free. The company made the process so easy and my 82 year old Mom was able to get around the resort on her own giving her independence and giving us piece of mind that she not overdo it, especially in the heat.
