Customers consistently praise the reliable, efficient service with equipment delivered ready to use at their hotel upon arrival. Salou's flat layout and main promenades offer good accessibility for people with reduced mobility, though customers recommend noting that some side streets have uneven pavements and narrow sections. The rental experience enables visitors to explore the city, beaches, and nearby attractions like PortAventura with greater independence and freedom.
