We knew it was not going to be perfect, but the scooter fitted in the back of every taxi (even the normal yellow ones, so not reliant on large ones), the wheelchair friendly attractions are manageable, we had to get off and lift over various curbs, and some of the cobbled streets were cobbled!

Accessibility was limited around the city. Many places there were no drop kerbs or ramps sometimes there was a ramp one side and not the other side so I had to get out to be able to get the chair up. Luckily I was able to do this but lots of wheelchair users are not able to so would be stuck. Someone may e needs to do a tour around so.e of the sights in a chair to see how hard it is to navigate.
