Customers praise Milan's beautiful attractions, including the Duomo and museums, which offer excellent accessibility and welcoming service to people with reduced mobility. The rental service earns consistent appreciation for responsive communication, timely delivery and pickup, and equipment in excellent condition. Customers recommend researching transportation options in advance, as metro stations lack elevators and some streets feature uneven pavements and high curbs; however, many find that having mobility aids makes exploring Milan's center and iconic sites entirely manageable and rewarding.

Some of the walkways were cobblestone but overall, the apparatus handled the terrain well.
