This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The service was advertised in a way that led us to expect an airport rental, but instead we had to pay for a taxi to a private residence outside Heathrow Airport to collect the wheelchair. This added unnecessary cost, inconvenience, and wasted valuable travel time. The return process was even worse. We were connecting through Heathrow on our journey home, making it impossible to leave the airport to return the wheelchair. Despite explaining our situation, there was no practical solution offered. We were forced to purchase the wheelchair instead. In total, we spent over $200 on the rental, plus approximately another $200 to buy a wheelchair that we never intended to purchase. What should have been a simple rental became an expensive and frustrating ordeal. The entire experience was a waste of time and money, and the level of service was unacceptable. I will never use this company again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
