Antwerp is much easier to walk around in the modern area, you even don't need to use public transportation with a wheelchair. Most of it is in walking distance. There is no elevator in Groenplaats which is the gate to the most popular area, so we were stacked. Also a gap between platform and train is a work for caregiver. Intercity train service is awful, there are 3-4 steps to get in and off, also 6 steps to go to the seats. We had to beg young boys sitting in the handicapped seats.
