在伦敦租赁淋浴椅 (英国)
客户如何评价伦敦
Customers appreciate London's welcoming atmosphere and the genuine efforts staff make to assist visitors with reduced mobility, from helpful taxi drivers to attentive personnel at major attractions. While the city offers many accessible venues and improved infrastructure, customers note that sidewalk conditions vary considerably—with some areas featuring smooth pavements and others presenting challenges like uneven surfaces, steep curb cuts, and cobblestones—and recommend planning routes accordingly. The rental service consistently earns praise for reliable, timely delivery and pickup, responsive communication, and equipment that enables customers to explore London independently and comfortably.

The handoff to the partner provider was awkward, last minute, and seemed a little sneaky. There was zero problems with the handoff though so I can’t really complain.

I could not speak higher of this company. Their attention to detail, making sure the item was what I needed, that it had been delivered on time and after I kept extending the rental time, letting me know that was fine with them and the final collection was very easy also. Thank you very much.

Better than I expected for such an old city, London had gone out of their way to improve accessibility when compared to the other UK cities we visited on this trip.

The mobility scooter gave me the freedom to explore every inch of London which I couldn't have done while waiting for a new knee and hobbling along on a crutch.
