Florence is small and compact but difficult for people who can't walk very far - we had to use taxis to access things like the Uffizi and Duomo which became expensive. The museums themselves were very accessible and the people who worked there were super helpful

I would like a partial refund. I believe I’m entitled there was absolutely no help or solution offered when we asked for it. I will never recommend
