The local supplier failed to provide a mobility scooter and gave me an electric wheelchair for one day while they obtained a scooter. They said they would give me a refund which they didn’t at first. They came to collect the scooter today. I said I should have the scooter an extra day to make up for this. They allowed this and gave me €20 compensation
