客户如何评价苏黎世
Customers praise Zürich's beautiful lakeside setting and attractions like the Lindt factory, which mobility scooters and wheelchairs can reach with ease. The rental service earns consistent appreciation for friendly staff, reliable same-day delivery to hotels, and seamless pickups. Customers recommend planning routes in the old town, where cobblestone streets and steep kerbs present challenges; however, many trams offer wheelchair-accessible boarding, making public transport a practical option for getting around the city.

Excellent service from Motion4Rent. Delivery and pick‑up were seamless, and the gentleman was kind, helpful, and explained the scooter’s features clearly. I didn’t need support during the rental, but I felt confident they would have been very responsive if required.

My experience was great! Even though I booked at the last minute, the staff were very accommodating and managed to get me the wheelchair the same day. Thank you and your team for the help!

We did not spend any time in Zurich, but did find accessibility options convenient in most of the cities we visited. Staff at our sightseeing stops and also general public were kind and helped us manage to get around quite easily. This was also helped by the fact that my mother is able to walk short distances so we did not always have to use the wheelchair entrances.
