We did not spend any time in Zurich, but did find accessibility options convenient in most of the cities we visited. Staff at our sightseeing stops and also general public were kind and helped us manage to get around quite easily. This was also helped by the fact that my mother is able to walk short distances so we did not always have to use the wheelchair entrances.

A lot of very steep "dropped" kerbs, and watch out for the tram rails.
