Everyone was helpful even though getting around some places with the wheelchair was difficult.

Barcelona and Madrid are two of the best cities we have visited, for every important reason: the people are wonderful, the food is incredible, and the weather perfect. Both cities we found to be accessible for our needs, and when it wasn't so easy, people were always offering to help. Lovely country.

It depends where you are. Getting around the city was good but , without going into detail, some aspects of the transportation systems were very bad.
