Loved Edinburgh. Everyone was very helpful. We couldn't have managed very well with out our daughter to push the wheelchair up the hills, but that's just how it is. The bus tours were excellent and the drivers were wonderful. The service from M4R was really excellent. I ordered the wheelchair on Monday afternoon and it arrived at the hotel by 7.30 Tuesday morning. Couldn't ask for more

Edinburgh is not a very accessible city overall if you are staying in the old part.

With this scooter, I was able to enjoy all of the sites. Using the train and hop on off buses was accessible and very easy. I would recommend this to anyone who has any type of mobility issue, to be able to enjoy your stay.

The only challenge was the cobblestone for a senior. Perhaps pneumatic tires or something to absorb the shock better would be ideal but there needs to be an understanding that some places were built without scooters in mind! All in all the scooter made everything much more accessible and greatly improved the trip. Thank you!
