Most museums and restrooms were very accessibility friendly. The main downtown area of Reykjavík has lots of cobblestone roads and hills, which is to be expected, but can mostly be navigated by sidewalk.

This was our first experience using a wheelchair for more that going from the dr office to the car and the like. Reykjavik is hilly, many shops/restaurants are not wheelchair friendly with more than 3 steps at the entrance or bathrooms requiring use of stairs. Others such as Lebowski's have ramps and were helpful and welcoming!
