Mobility hoists rental in Barcelona (Spain)
What customers say about Barcelona
Customers highlight that Barcelona is generally very accessible for people with reduced mobility, with wide, flat sidewalks, lowered curbs at street crossings, and functional elevators and ramps in public transportation making it easy to navigate the city and visit most attractions. The rental service receives consistent praise for seamless booking, reliable delivery and pickup often directly to hotel rooms or cruise terminals, responsive communication via WhatsApp, and well-maintained equipment with excellent battery life and range. Customers particularly appreciate the flexibility and professionalism of the team, especially for last-minute bookings and special requests. Some customers recommend planning routes in the old town where cobbled streets and some steep ramps may present challenges, and note that while most metro stations have elevators, not all do.

The hotel didn’t like storing the unit when not used and wouldn’t let me take it to the room as it probably wouldn’t have fit anyway. They tolerated it but would have preferred something smaller; the unit you bought me was comfortable and stable in uneven situations; the battery had excellent power and life
