Great service from initial contact, very helpful and friendly staff. Travelling from Australia and requiring a wheelchair for a long period was daunting but staff assisted from day one right through to day we returned chair and flew home.

The foldable scooter was fairly easy to manipulate. The charging cables were not suitable for European outlets nor USA outlets. I would provided multi-port charging cables or adapters.
