Bilbao was a wonderful city to visit. The accessibility was generally good, and having the wheelchair available made it easy to explore the city and enjoy my stay.

Lots of business still have one or two steps up to enter. Maybe because it’s in an older area? Not sure. Streets and people were super accommodating .
